Delivery, Returns & Your right to cancel
, we strive hard to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible. We also use a number of trusted courier companies to make sure that your delivery service is hassle free and convenient for you. Where possible we provide you with a tracking number upon dispatch of goods, so you can track your order delivery process as it happens.
We also offer alternative delivery services such as Pre 12 or Saturday deliveries (on qualifying items), which can be selected at Checkout. Orders received before 2:00 PM on a working day are dispatched on the same day, and all orders placed on weekends, public or bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
As some items are dispatched to you direct from the manufacturers, orders of multiple items with different SKUs may not all arrive at the same time.
We currently only offer delivery to the following countries:

We provide free standard delivery on all orders within the UK mainland. However, please note that delivery surcharges are applicable within certain postcodes, in which case, the delivery surcharge is automatically added to your order total at checkout. Details of such areas are as follows:

Delivery timescales can be found on each product page (UK mainland orders only). This will give you an estimate as to how long it will take for your product to be delivered to you. Please note that the delivery times stated on the product pages are only estimates and our customer service team will update you via phone or email, should there be any changes to the delivery timeframe of your order. Delivery times for all other destinations are shown at the checkout.
As some items are dispatched directly from manufacturers, we can not always advise you of the tracking number upon sending you the dispatch confirmation notification, however, the orders will still be delivered to you within the time-frames stated on the product pages.
Next Day Delivery:
Next day delivery is only available on qualifying items; and on orders placed before 2:00 PM on a working day. If the order is received after our order cut-off time, then your item(s) will be delivered on the following working day.

Returns Policy & Your Right To Cancel:
We do our best to provide our customers with the best online shopping experience, and we hope you are delighted with your recent purchase at Furniture Bay, however, we do understand that sometimes you may wish to return your product for one or another reason.

Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than – (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or (c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
